Our Cake Flavours
All of the cakes at Blissful Cakes are freshly made to order. We believe that our cakes should not just look beautiful but taste delicious too therefore we only use the freshest and finest ingredients. All our preserves used are made by myself and we use local free range eggs, local dairy produce, real French butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgium cocoa & chocolate.
All of our cakes, desserts and pastries are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present. We cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free hence you must let us know at the time of ordering if you are intolerant to any of these ingredients

All our cakes contain four evenly perfect layers of cake with two generous layers of a filling, so they look exquisite when cut.
LEMON
Zesty lemon sponge with lemon curd & silky lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
STICKY TOFFEE
Sticky moreish sponge, drenched in salted caramel sauce and filled with decadent Italian meringue caramel buttercream.
RASPBERRY & COCONUT
Light coconut sponge, filled with raspberry preserve and decadent Italian meringue coconut buttercream.
LIME & COCONUT
Lime & coconut sponge, filled with lemon curd and lemon Italian meringue buttercream.
SIGNATURE VANILLA
Light Madagascan vanilla infused sponge, triple layered with a raspberry or strawberry conserve and fluffy vanilla buttercream.
PISTACHIO & ROSE WATER
Light aromatic rosewater sponge, filled with pistachio Italian meringue buttercream.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Rich chocolate sponge, filled with whipped ganache and Italian meringue chocolate buttercream.
CARROT
Moist sponge packed with carrot, raisins and nuts filled with Italian meringue vanilla buttercream.
RED VELVET
Light sponge that has a smooth cocoa hint, filled with American vanilla buttercream or cream cheese buttercream ( cream cheese buttercream is not recommended under fondant or between layers for a fondant cake)
PROSECCO (PREMIUM FLAVOUR £5 EXTRA)
Light sponge, steeped with prosecco, filled with either peach or raspberry preserve & silky Italian meringue buttercream.
COFFEE & WALNUT
Light coffee and walnut sponge, filled with fluffy American coffee buttercream.
MAPLE, BANANA & CHOCOLATE CHIP
Sticky banana and chocolate chip cake, drenched in maple syrup, filled with American chocolate buttercream.
COOKIES & CREAM
Light vanilla Oreo sponge filled with fluffy American buttercream.
BANOFEE
Made with fresh bananas and filled with American toffee buttercream.
RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE
Fresh raspberry and vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and white Italian meringue chocolate buttercream.
