Where did it all begin? Blissful Cakes & Patisserie was founded in 2017 and headed by Pastry Chef and Cake Designer Chanelia.
My Passion for baking began in 2015 when I made my daughter’s Barbie Doll Birthday Cake. Back then I had very little knowledge about baking and cake decorating process. I was very happy how the cake turned out.
I was determined to gain the finest skills to make the best possible cakes. Therefore reading the most amazing baking and cake decorating books trying to educate myself was never good enough for me.
I wanted to be taught by experts in the field in a professional environment, so I enrolled myself at Peggy Porschen Academy in London for Cake Design & Decorating Techniques.
And then I went on to Study Patisserie and Business Management at the most renowned culinary school in the world, Le Cordon Blue.
So, here I am, enjoying this very exciting journey creating lots of edible memories for lots of lovely people.
Cakes and desserts are baked and decorated in our kitchen in Hayes. We are insured and we have a 5* rating from the Hillingdon Council.
